It is still hard to write anything positive about Indo-Pak relationship. The Kashmir issue is still alive and it may ruin any bilateral talk at any point of time. In Pakistan, politicians earn their bread in the name of religion and Kashmir. Musharraf did it and now Yousuf Raza Gilani would hopefully do the same in coming days.

No politician in Pakistan can survive without talking about Kashmir and against India's stand on Kashmir. As Jamie wrote, Pakistani leaders know their targets well. It will be interesting to see whether Zardari-Sharif group takes different route or not because Parvez Musharraf not Kashmir seems their prime target.
