It is really sad when we see that world leaders are unusually cautious when reacting to Chinese aggression in Tibet. USA despite of its ’war against terror’ does not consider the Chinese act as violation of human rights in Tibet. After all USA needs China’s help in passing its various strategies in the UN security council to support its ’war against terror’. India is too cautious because New Delhi feels that any fresh strife with China will reignite Chinese interest in Arunachal Pradesh.
